Returns Policy

For items paid for (not through insurance) Returns/exchanges within 30 days of receipt

Item must be unopened, unused and in original undamaged packaging. Patient responsible for return shipping/handling fee of $15

Refund will be issued once item is returned and inspected, typically within 7-10 business days of receiving item.
